Great pancakes!
This is a surprisingly great batter mix.Doesn't have that weird taste that carbquick has and it's a lot easier than making from scratch (though I think I still prefer from scratch coconut flour pancakes). Comes out a LITTLE dry but still good, has a hint of cinnamon flavor.Super good with blueberries! Definitely the best keto pancake one-step mix I've tried to date.

These are delicious pancakes that were easy to make. I took the recommendation and replaced water with twice the heavy cream and the pancakes turned out super well. With butter and syrup added, these were so yummy! Delicious!!

This keto pancake mix is super yummy with a few adjustments! I recommend swapping the oil for butter and the water for heavy cream to get your macros in. When whipping the batter, make sure to remove all lumps so that there are no pockets of dry mix. :)

Espresso powder adds the absolute perfect flavor to every chocolate dish I have made and this is the best. Last night I made the most delicious Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake, and this added the best flavor to it. Good Flavor
I use this to intensify a chocolate cake that I made. And oooooooooooh you let me tell you, it was the most delicious chocolate cake I’ve ever had. To top it off I got a little bold and mixed a little of this espresso powder in with buttercream icing, which surprisingly also ended up super yummy and was a great complement to the chocolate cake .

Adding it to anything chocolate enhances the chocolate flavor - BIG WOW factor as it imparts a smooth yet deep/rich flavor without being bitter as I associate with most 'coffee' flavors and in baking, you don't want that.
