Great Product
Although I started baking and cooking more a few years ago, this was the first time I tried Semolina Flour (it's been on my try list for awhile!). I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I used it to make pizza dough and it was delicious! I'm thinking I will try some bread later this week. I highly recommend this product and will be ordering it again.

Very Good Semolina Flour
This was my first time using semolina flour and it definitely won't be my last. I was excited to try this semolina flour and have made pizza dough and a nice loaf of bread. When I used it for pizza the dough came out great, the perfect texture and flavor. I was unsure of how bread would turn out, but it was wonderful. It had a nice pale yellow color, perfect soft interior and a wonderful crispy crust. I will definitely be trying some other recipes with this flour and it will be one I keep on rotation in my kitchen.

Makes Delicious Pasta and Pizza Crust
I fed it to my sourdough starter and made pasta and it was the best pasta ever! The flavor was so much better than store bought pasta. Is it easy to use? Well... it's more work to make home made pasta than to buy it but what a treat! This flour is also great for making pizza crust. The flavor is excellent, the crust is crispy on the outside with a slightly chewy interior.
