Great Product!

This is a super fine grind which acts like flour which you can use as a coating. It browns like flour and tastes like flour. A wonderful product for those of us watching our carbs. The fiber content equals the carbs so you have a net carb of zero and you get the added benefit of fiber in your diet. Used as a dry coating, no adjustments are needed but if you use it in a recipe since it is very absorbent, even more than coconut flour, you will need to increase the liquid in the recipe.

Brownies Made With This Are Out Of This World!

I use part oat fiber in my recipes that call for almond flour and/or coconut flour and that lowers my total net carbs per serving. This carrot cake is gluten and sugar free and was only 2 carbs per slice (12 servings.) I’m on a keto diet and I loved it and 2 of my kids have Celiac disease and can’t have gluten so they were in Heaven.

Fluffy and Perfect

I am impressed. If you want some 0-calorie fiber that doesn't interfere with the flavor profile you have, this is perfect. I think the fiber is slightly heavier than LifeSource, but it is not the heavy, dour NuNaturals/Kate flour. If you have ever tried the cheaper brands, those fibers are perfectly fine for oatmeal cookies but not so fine for adding to something with a delicate flavor, like white cake.
