Must Have for Baking
Great sugar to have in the pantry if you like to bake. I have tried adding regular sugar over top of my baked goods in the past, but it usually burns, melts, and does not look pretty. This baking sugar stays put and keeps its looks and texture during baking. It is perfect for sugar cookies, muffin toppers, etc. It has a nice crunch and sparkle to it. I am very happy with this product.

Premium quality, excellent product
It looks and tastes like sugar, because, well, it is sugar. No surprises there. But it is obvious, just visibly, that this is an excellent product. The crystals are uniform and bright. This is perfect for decorating holiday cookies - which is what I will be using it for (not for baking while it's 100° outside!).

This came as expected and tastes and works well. I tested a fraction of it in the oven to make sure it holds up in heat as promised. It does. I love the size of the bag because you really don't need much and it will definitely get you through multiple uses.I also love responsible companies, and this one helps the planet. This will be perfect for my apple pies, blueberry muffins, and for my Christmas sugar cookies! Oh my!

So THIS is What Bakers Use!
I had an “AHA” moment using this sugar. I like to bake coffee cake and usually sprinkle granola on top for a bit of crunch. This sugar is what was needed. You don’t need much, just a little for the sparkle. I like how it doesn’t get lost in the baking. A tad pricey for sugar, but worth it for the culinary secret.

Delicious
Espresso powder adds the absolute perfect flavor to every chocolate dish I have made and this is the best. Last night I made the most delicious Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake, and this added the best flavor to it. The richness to the brownies and chocolate cakes I make always has me thinking why did it take me so long to use this. Do yourself a favor and try this. You won’t regret it.

Good Flavor
I use this to intensify a chocolate cake that I made. And oooooooooooh you let me tell you, it was the most delicious chocolate cake I’ve ever had. To top it off I got a little bold and mixed a little of this espresso powder in with buttercream icing, which surprisingly also ended up super yummy and was a great complement to the chocolate cake .

Amazing Flavor - Enhances Chocolate Baked Goods and Coffee Drinks
Adding it to anything chocolate enhances the chocolate flavor - BIG WOW factor as it imparts a smooth yet deep/rich flavor without being bitter as I associate with most 'coffee' flavors and in baking, you don't want that. I was skeptical at first, but I'm sold on this. I highly recommend this product. Love that I have a ready source when I need to replenish it. I'm a definite return customer on this!
