Husband and I Are Extremely Happy With This
My husband, who likes to cook, had been wanting potato flour, so I was excited to request this. Since we’ve gotten it, he’s made pancakes, a breading for chicken, and some homemade bread. They all turned out so light and fluffy. I used this to thicken a couple of my homemade soups. We’ve both been extremely happy with this. It has an even grind, and it’s worked out great. I love this potato flour. The ultra fine grind is pristine white in color and has a light consistency. It is free flowing... no lumps or clumps. I have baked 2 cakes using this potato flour. It's also good for thickening soups, stews, sauces, and gravies.This is absolutely the highest quality potato flour I've used. My baked goods came out tasting wonderful and moist. So Many Uses. Very Versatile.
We do a lot of baking in our house and have never used potato flour before, I'm so glad we got this. There's so many uses for this flour. We usually use a tablespoon or two at a time so this bag will last a long time. We add a little to our pancake recipe, have added a little to our soup, and added some to our instant potatoes when we made it too watery.Overall, a really nice potato flour. This is definitely something I'm going to keep on hand from now on.
